       We have improved our risk management capability to the highest possible level by adhering to the strict risk management philosophy by involving all staff and all procedures, balancing risk control and investment return. Due to a responsibility matrix including all staff and a risk prevention system across the procedures, we successfully achieved “no violation” by effectively targeting long term return in the past ten years.
